Earth's free oscillations recorded with submarine DAS... and DAS is pushed into the millihertz band

New paper in The Seismic Record: by removing the common-mode instrumental noise, we detect Earth's normal modes on a seafloor telecom cable offshore Monaco — showing that DAS can be used in the low-frequency regime long considered out of reach.
